How does it work?
With RxDot Pharmacy, you can browse from medicines and healthcare products and place an order online. Once your order is placed, we validate the uploaded prescription and ship your order to your doorstep.
When will i get my medicines?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after placing the order. Our courier partners take from 3-5 working days to deliver the order depending on your location.
Where can I check my order status?
You will receive emails about your order updates. You can also track your order from your orders section on the account page here. If there is any delay or change in your order, our customer care will call and inform you.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order before we ship it by giving us a call/ WhatsApp at 090190 25100 or via e-mail at care@rxdotpharmacy.com. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
How can i submit a complaint?
You can register a complaint by writing to us at care@rxdotpharmacy.com or calling our helpline number 09019025100. You can WhatsApp us at 9019025100 (24×7). If your query is not resolved, please forward the same thread to escalations@rxdotmedicare.com. TAT for closure of complaints is 24-48 hours depending upon the nature of the complaint and resolution needs to be given.
Where do you obtain the information from?
We have in-house qualified pharmacists who scan thousands of products to provide you the relevant and useful information about your medicines. We periodically review and update the information you use.
